Abstract
The general principle of equality between full-time and part-time workers cannot be applied when establishing the range from which the remuneration corresponding to an extraordinary increase in working hours should be paid, but the parameter of proportionality must be applied according to the special working hours of each worker in order to compensate for an individualised workload.
