Abstract

Ecoalf is an intergenerational company that finds its reason for being in the idea of changing the systemand the ways of doing things and making its products, based on a sustainable business model, with suppliersthat have ethical certificates and movements such as #BacausethereisnotplanetB. By advocating thesevalues, the company has managed to compete in quality, design and properties with those companies thatdo not take them into account and become known as an alternative to conventional fashion.Ecoalf carries out Corporate Social Responsibility tasks based on reducing pollution, chemicalmanagement, recycling and waste reduction, responsible production, recycled packaging, sustainabledesign, the circular economy and fair work.Mainly carries out an environmental leadership strategy attaching great importance to internal and externalprimary stakeholders (customers and suppliers). Its differential advantage strategy focuses on gettingcustomers and serving them as they deserve. With this objective, they try to find out the values that theycan offer them, and not limit themselves only to selling products.
