Resumen

Se expone la situación de los Early Career Researchers (ECRs) españoles durante la pandemia atendiendo a los principales cambios originados por el confinamiento en sus hábitos de trabajo y en sus prácticas de comunicación académica. A partir de la información extraída de entrevistas y encuestas se analizan las transformaciones experimentadas en los siguientes ámbitos: la docencia a distancia, la producción investigadora, el sistema de evaluación y las métricas utilizadas, el progreso de la ciencia abierta, el peer review, las prácticas éticamente cuestionables, la colaboración y el networking, las reuniones y congresos online, la divulgación científica y la utilización de las redes sociales. Superada la pandemia algunas disrupciones han revertido. Sin embargo, otras han permanecido. La pandemia ha normalizado el uso de lo virtual y los eventos híbridos y ha promovido las prácticas de divulgación de los investigadores, entre otros cambios.
