Abstract

The digital transformation is bringing about profound changes in many aspects and the world of work has emerged as one of the main protagonists of this reality, as labour relations are one of the aspects in which its influence will be most noticeable. New technologies are a source of numerous occupational risks of all kinds, many of which are new in comparison with the more traditional ones. In the same way, the Prevention of Risks at Work will be profoundly affected, becoming a central issue of capital importance in the field of labour relations and Labour and Social Security Law. Aspects such as the outsourcing of activities, digitalisation and data processing, teleworking, robotics, psychosocial risks and nanotechnology are issues of the utmost importance and require broad and in-depth study and analysis at different levels. Collective bargaining is a key element in addressing the protection of workers against new risks, as it is a fundamental channel for dealing with them in accordance with the needs and demands of the different sectors of activity. This paper aims to analyse how collective agreements address this issue.
