However, the report Modernisation of Higher Education in Europe: Access, Retention and Employability, (European Commission/EACEA/Eurydice, 2014) indicates that few countries developing measures to ensure accessibility and attention to the most disadvantaged groups. In this paper we show the results of the actions developed at the University of León (2013-2016) by an interdisciplinary group of teachers (in the areas of education, psychology, sociology and law) by the responsible technical and Disability Service staff. Objectives: 1. Identify groups with special needs attending to different degrees in which the quoted areas are involved to take action to supplement and deepen the disability service and academic tutoring and career. 2. To offer support to disadvantaged and vulnerable students to improve their performance and reduce abandonment. Method: The work is based on the use of a variety of tutorials (peer, personal, group and virtual) as an element of stimulation of learning and responsibility towards students with difficulties. Phase I: preparation and completion of a questionnaire on institutional moodle. Phase II: development and implementation of tutorial system. Results: analysis of quantitative data on profile supports and demands academic results obtained.
