Zusammenfassung
Background: One of the great challenges of the EEES consists in promoting a substantial change in the methodology of teaching and learning systems. Method: The complexity of certain matters relating to the Labor Law and Social Security is essential that teachers get appropriate means to awaken the critical and active student interest. Results: The ideal teaching sequence is built on three pillars: 1) The teacher explains the foundations, structures or difficult relationships to be picked up by the student, it assimilates and complete information through the management of articles, statements and case studies. 2) Proposes solving forensic cases and supervised preparation of any individual or group work. 3) Devotes an important part of their activity to meet individually the student to complete work by organizing guided tours of points where you can get a direct knowledge of the modus operandi of those engaged in employment law spheres visits. Conclusions: The combination of all these instruments will lead to a high success rate without lowering the level of demand, an objective that will be substantially enhanced by incorporating the technique of peer evaluation.
