Resum

High-level football is well studied, but the stages of formation are not (Gonzalez-Villoria, García-López & Contreras-Jordán, 2015). In this area, changes of direction (CODA) and the coordination are important elements for sport performance (Pardeiro & Yanci, 2017). Small Side Games (SSGs) are small games that simulate the characteristics of football (Rampinini et al, 2007).
