Résumé

We isolated strains of lactic acid bacteria of the intestinal mucosa and feces of pigs of different ages, group 1: two young (8-10 kg) and three adult females weighing more than 70 kg, group 2: three adults 30 - 70 kg. The species of lactic acid bacteria isolated from the intestinal contents, and mucous stools were, Lactobacillus (L. fermentum, L. mucosae, L. reuteri, L. NGRI, L. animalis, L. plantarum and L. murinus), Bifidobacterium bifidum and Pediococcus pentosaceus. We detected high levels of resistance and multiresistance to antibiotics in 44% of the strains. Upgraded to a higher stage of selection only 9 to 18% strains of bacteria sensitive to antibiotics. We show that it is possible to get strains free antimicrobial resistance detected in wild boar and a level of antibiotic resistance very high in lactic bacteria, which may be caused by human pollution.
