Abstract
Consent is one of the legal bases on which the processing of personal data is carried out. Such consent requires certain characteristics (voluntary, informed, specific or individual) for it to be admissible. Therefore, the lawfulness of data processing based on the consent of the worker in the framework of an employment relationship and its possible application for automated decision-making, including profiling, can be questioned.
