Abstract
The present article tries to be an introduction to the concept of intelligence. Several ways of approaching human intelligence are to be considered here, the difficulties, criticisms and new necessities that have been arising along the research of intelligence and that have formed the body of knowledge about intelligence. More explicitly, we will analyse carefully the cognitive theories and Sternberg's theory
