Zusammenfassung

The place of work may change during the term of the contract, among other reasons because the employee has a certain degree of spatial mobility, and his performance may require him to make use of it to a greater or lesser extent. Relocation abroad is an organizational and production tool increasingly used by companies seeking greater internationalization and which are in many cases tendentially global. The boom in migratory labour movements on a European scale also affects the field of Occupational Risk Prevention. Workers who move are exposed to the usual risks generated by their activity, and these may be increased by the displacement under certain circumstances, since preventive obligations may be diluted or qualified in cases in which it is decided to move a worker to another country.
