Abstract

In the month of march of this present year of 2007 a contract for the accomplishment of services or advising between the University of Leon and The Corporate group Lorenzo García Blanco. Throughout their thirty years of existence has generated a volume documentary than more interesting, added this at the increasing level of information to which in front it must make the company present, as much woke up their necessity of the use of tools for the control and records management as much as the information of permanent safekeeping like the weather. Although already the archivist system has been implanted practically we only bring today here the Schedule of Classement elaborated for the company. Schedule still is in running and is modified when therefore it is considered advisable.
