Abstract

Collective bargaining agreements have to (and are beginning to) incorporate clauses that design a technological restructuring without resorting to terminations for this reason. The way forward is to reflect on and anticipate future changes and adopt decisions that Will enable workers to be trained in the new skills required by the changes in each sector or company. lt is also worth highlighting the agreements that grant new powers to the joint committees, such as analyzing the future of the company and the needs for change, modification or adaptation of working conditions.
