De notas dorsales y documentos “rescatados”Un original inédito del siglo XII

Resumo

The Spanish confiscation of the properties of the Catholic Church caused many fonds of the monastic archives went to the hands of the State. Today, this documentation are in the Sección Clero of the Archivo Histórico Nacional of Spain. But the documents went through some situations that caused the fragmentation and dispersion of some fonds causing some document did not put in its correct place. To study the archives with different methodologies can get new results, showing that we never think a work is over. This paper shows a case in which the study of dorsal notes of the documents has reintegrated an original and unedited document from XIIth century to its monastic fond in the Archivo Histórico Nacional
