Taking into account the wording of art. 56.3 Spanish Constitution is analyzed if the King's criminal responsibility reaches any act that he performs or only those related to the exercise of his office. The meaning of inviolability is also alluded to once the King has left office. Finally, a position is taken regarding the need to modify the Constitution at the point under analysis.
