Resumen

El presente trabajo comienza por dar a conocer las diferentes tendencias actuales en las necesidades/demandas de los turistas, seguido de un breve análisis descriptivo de los nuevos perfiles actuales de turistas para poder valorar sus posibilidades de atracción en determinados destinos, en especial los pertenecientes a las nuevas generaciones. Tras ello, se plantean algunas indicaciones de cara a la adaptación de la oferta y promoción de recursos, servicios y experiencias para satisfacer las demandas de estos nuevos perfiles de individuos y las posibles aplicaciones de las nuevas tecnologías, para la promoción de los destinos turísticos.
