Abstract

In this research work we analyze the genesis of the main methods of conflict resolution used as an alternative to the judicial process with special attention to Mediation. Precisely Mediation has been implanted in the world as a solution in times of important social changes. Currently, with the health, economic and social crisis caused by Covid-19, Mediation is presented as a very effective dispute resolution system in the face of the collapse of the judicial system.
