This documentary collection has been treated in a research project already completed involving the two authors who sign this paper. Part of that treatment consisted of cataloguing and documentary installation enhancement. On these criteria apply documentary series taken from the archives, the diplomatic and conservation. Including those proposed by the General State Archives and the advisory bodies are there, for its location in Castilla y León will also apply those proposed by the Council on archives. As early findings shows that this set called «vital documents» can be divided into two groups according to the special character. Really vital character in each institution is unique, hence the need to establish the criteria for such discrimination
