Análisis de la evolución de las manifestaciones de la fuerza muscular a lo largo del periodo de crecimiento en una población infantil y adolescente de la ciudad de Hermosillo (México)

Zusammenfassung

The main goal is to analyze the muscular strength of the upper and lower extremities in a child and adolescent population of the state of Sonora (Mexico) and to compare its evolution based on chronological age and sex using the 1RM test and a muscle power test with submaximal loads. The research was carried out through two studies: the first to determine the repeatability of the measurement system used in the population under study. The second one, consisted of studying the evolution of the different manifestations of force throughout the different ages analyzed.
