Resumen
In this work we evaluated runners of amateur marathons which were subject to a least of training. It was compared and correlated the training load volume with mood used POMS questionnaire subscale fatigue. Results highlighting a sensitivity of these two indicators fatigue and vigour to variations in charge of training for the fourth and fifth month and its consistency as indicators of the overall impact of the training. By way of conclusion it can affirm that the sub-scale of POMS administered once a month for a least of training may be a useful indicator to monitor the states of fatigue prior to the syndrome of overtraining, not only athletes but also amateur athletes as verified in this study.
