Abstract
To improve the employability of graduates is necessary to provide students with the knowledge of business world as well as to promote internships in company. This work lays the basis to build a learning community at the University of Leon focused on business and entrepreneurship in rural areas, as a tool for students, teachers, enterprises and society interact. Thus, training and information activities on business establishment and management are designed; different systems to improve the information channels about external practices are implemented and, finally, some new learning assessment methods for these curricular activities are defined.
