Résumé
Neutral arguments are used as compelling reason while in in legal discus- sions on controversial issues since democratic states must be impartial regarding the manner in which their citizens understand the rectitute of their actions in the private sector. In this paper I will show that, on important issues, this appar- ent neutrality hides moral arguments that are not the focus of the discussion. Most of these arguments hide commercial reasons that are used to regulate an increasingly larger part of the society. This reasons are used to justify the imple- mentation of certain moral values and displace others who had been in place until now
