Resumo

The present article analyzes to develop of the LOMCE into the written press. In September, of 2014 after a long debate and in spite of not reaching the desirable consensus, it entered the Spanish classrooms the Organic Law for Improvement of the Educational Quality, LOMCE promulgated in the BOE, on December 10, 2013. Our intention is to realize an analysis and valuation of the educational regulation, beside establishing guidelines to shape a model of follow-up and evaluation of the new Law. THE AIM in this article is to do the first approximation to our object of study across the analysis of content of the articles published by two diaries of recognized prestige and opposite trend: El País newspaper and The ABC and gathered in his respective web pages. We locate the warm points of the reform and the topics that provoke more interest, later to penetrate, for this one and other procedures, into the categories that have more interest for the educational practice and the didactic development. METHOD: We approach this work across the analysis of content categorizing for frequencies the nuclear paragraphs of the Law from August, 2012 to May, 2013. In advance we leave out the categories not didactics and centre those who to ours to deal will be necessary pedagogic renovation PROVED: the analysis of content presents a high follow-up of the publishing line of both newspapers showing each one opinions to favor or in opposition to the Law highly influenced for the sources. This way the opinions and information of El País newspaper demonstrate highly critical with the Law, whereas ABC's contents appear to favor or with very moderate critiques.
