Resumen

Effects of two Kinds of training complex in maximal force and power in collective sports young playersTwo kinds of complexes 6 weeks training program on different factors of maximal strength and power in different athletes (age = 16.86 ± 0.74 years), these methods involve force development (especially explosive strength and power) whose characteristic is the alternation of workloads of different intensities. For this study were invited football, basketball, handball and volleyball players, divided into three groups of these four sports. TG1 group (n = 50) worked with high load series and then Plyometric series. TG2 (n = 50) used heavy loads and plyometrics in the same series and control group (CG) (n = 48). TG1 and TG2 evidenced significant maximum and explosive strength increase (p <0.05), as well as the ability to jump after 6 weeks of training. It is believed that the overload and plyometric complex training obtained an improvement of maximal and explosive strength in young football, basketball, handball and volleyball players, and they can maintain these improvements for several weeks.
