El derecho social de la Unión Europea. Refl exiones a propósito del sistema de fuentes

Abstract

In the present article there is done an exhaustive study of the European Social Law from the perspective of the system of sources. Departing from the historical evolution of the normative system of the Union in social matter the issues more important are analyzed that nowadays the European Union assumes in the above mentioned matter and the concrete procedures of production of European Social Law that go from the harmonization to the most recent open method of coordination. From such a premise there is done a revision of all the possible normative acts, classifying them under those that constitute juridical obligatory instruments and different those that do not re-dress such a character; without forgetting the «complementary» paper of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the new possibilities that are opened for the social European dialog.
