Abstract
It has been studied the action of the methyluracil on the Leydig cells, in male ratas of several ages and with different days of administration have been appreciated a fall in he number and structural alterations in the cells. The same fall in number and structual alterations of these cells have been seen in thyroidectomized males, wich shows hat the lack of iodine in what determinates these alterations.
