In our informative society, characterised by the progressive elimination of physical barriers to which we are accustomed by the fast moving technological changes, the disable community has found a new barrier that is making difficult an equal opportunities access to our main resource: the information and the communication. Internet, althourgh virtual, is not accessible; many web pages cannot be consuted with efficiency by disabled peolple, and our main cultural and growth tool turns into an element of discrimination. Diverse international institutions have been worrying about this topic, designign specific frames for the constructions of web pages that allow disabled people access to them in an equal opportunities fashion. The following reports analyzes, from the accessibility point of view, the Ministy of Work and social Services' web page.
