Resumo
The Use and Management Regulation Plan of Natural Spaces (PRUG of Natural Spaces) was intended as an efficient management tool and not only as a merely declarative document. Therefore, thogether with programme planning, guidelines and the necessary measures to achieve the final goal, the Plan itself must draw a management plan that helps to implement the measures agreed on by the local actors in the territory. However, and regarding to the implementation of the PRGU of the Picos de Europa National Park, the lack of an integral concept, deficiencies in coordination, and a paucity of pariticipation and support have been detected.
