Resumo
For this investigation we take 105 staff in services for people with intellectual disability with the main to investigate personality factors, ways of coping and other variables directly or indirectly associated whit burnout. The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), the NEO Five Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) and the Ways of Coping Questionnaire (WOC) are the tests used for assessment. Regression analyses revealed that the personality and coping account for more than 33% of the variance in burnout.
