Abstract

The study of the educational centres in the general framework of the theory of organizations has allowed great advances in its scientific knowledge, in the ways to approach its study and in the investigations generated in schools seen experts from the organizational generic perspective of being organizations that educate. In this article, new structural forms are presented and studied to allow the application, knowledge and use of their advantages and innovations in the educational centres, to improve the quality of education with the idea of providing a better alignment with their environment and with the changing dynamics of knowledge. From the most traditional structural forms formal as the formal and informal organization, to the most innovative such as the organization in network, clover, adhocratic, etc. can give a vision of the emergent models in the educational organizations.
