Abstract

The phenomenon of industrial museums un disadvantaged territorial context is analyzed, including some rural and mountainous areas, and it is tried to demonstrate through the empirical case of Sabero (León) the scope and the impacts that this type of cultural resource has in the local tourism, an activity that is betting as a local development strategy and a factor of territorial identity.
