This paper presents learning experience using teamwork skill, carried out with the students of the first year of the degree of Geography and Spatial Planning at the University of Leon. The follow-up to the proposal to, made through indicators that define and try to narrow the knowledge mobilized in its execution, has been based on formative and shared assessment. There has been a special interest in incorporating instruments that permit, on the one hand, identify, evaluate and assess the performance of each member of the team and its contribution to the achievement of the collective results and, on the other, to involve in the evaluative process to all the agents involved
