Abstract
In this study the protection offered to international tourists when tourist services hire discussed, especially under the contractual arrangement timeshare on property for tourist use. For the industry of tourism and leisure, the options of using property timeshare introduce a factor of diversification in a sector in transition, affected by the technological advances of access to information and initiatives mergers. Offer a successful legal regime would increase the volume of contracts under the fair balance of rights and obligations for both contracting parties; that is, both companies operating in the sector and the foreign tourist who is undoubtedly the most fragile in the negotiations, so that in any case you will need an extra protection and proper legal coverage.
