Abstract

The vehicles in the city facilitate mobility and enable the development of activities, but produces adverse impacts on various aspects, particularly regarding noise levels. This paper discusses a proposal for Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan, developed from a noise perspective for the city of Leon. Actions on traffic, the ranking of the urban streets, the reform of public transport and the creation of a network of bike paths are considerated.
