Una visión panorámica de las entidades de crédito en España en la última década

Abstract

Financial markets have experienced a series of transformations during the last years and, consequently, the credit companies have also changed. The main reason for this is the implementation of economic and financial liberalization processes, resulting in increasing levels of competence, productivity and efficiency in the main European financial markets. The goal of this work is precisely the analysis of the evolution of credit entities in Spain during the last decade, in order to outline the bigger challenges that banks, savings banks, credit unions and specialised credit institutions will need to face in the coming years.
