Abstract

The greatest development of mankind in the coming years will be the achievement of a balance between human activities and the very sustainability of the planet. In broad terms, the concept of sustainable development would include the economy goals, as well as social and ecological goals. As far as companies are concerned, sustainability would imply to fully achieve the targets of growth and development in a balanced way during and extensive period of time, so ensuring their own survival. In this sense, the sustainable financial growth model revels itself as a handy analysis tool, facilitating that situation. Besides, it is also quite relevant the RSC policy deployed by the company which may become quite an important instrument to maintained the desired level of development, while simultaneously offering the chance not only to fulfil the necessities of all groups with which the company interacts, but also to legitimize the entrepreneurial activity. The goal of this work is to analyze the influence of RSC on entrepreneurial growth. In order to do so, the growth experienced in the last years by the "Telefonica Moviles" Group has been studied in detail, taking into account the RSC policy applied by the company, and aiming to reach a conclusion which may bring some light on the sustainability success of such performances
