Abstract

The purpose of this work was to answer to a few questions that seemed relevant in the context of the labor injuries in this particularly industry. Therefore, the frequency of injuries per year, it is concluded that the frequency of injuries has no significant statistical differences for all years under study, excluding 2009, which has a significant statistical difference regarding the remaining years under study, also is in line with the results published for Portugal by GEP(50) and was the year in which less accidents occurred in Portugal.
