Zusammenfassung
Following the polemic maintenance of the Acting Government due to the elections on December the 15th (2015) we try to answer some questions dealing with the parliamentary control of the Government after his stoppage. Moreover, it is analyzed the Head of State´s action in the ordinary investiture procedure, also some future reforms in the automatic procedure of dissolution of both Cameras, in case of frustrated investitures.
