Résumé
We have realized the study of the gross and microscopical modifications in the cyclic corpus luteum of bovine females. We have studied the morpological changes in the corpus luteum of 263 females slaughtered in different slaughter-houses in León. This paper describe the gross and microscopical appearance of the corpus luteum during the four stages of the estrous cycle. We verifed that the grade of evolution in the corpus luteum can be stablished according to its gross and microscopical characters.
