Abstract

The fight against climate change through adaptation and mitigation strategies must be accompanied by just transition measures to ensure that the negative impacts are not borne by workers. To achieve this goal, collective bargaining must incorporate clauses to this effect. The following pages are dedicated to critically examining the measures adopted by collective agreements, highlighting good practices and proposing solutions for a just ecological transition through green jobs.
