Abstract

The profitability of electronic information involves relationship between quantity and quality of content supply, use and cost made. Global unloading data and unloading data by titles of journals distributed by Science, SpringerLink and Wiley at the University of Leon, between the years 2005-2009, are studied. Based on the overall usage statistics during this period, we analyze the consumption trends, concentration and dispersion. An evaluation of the efficiency and profitability of the investment relating the use of content and the price of the package is made.
